In 2023, 33 trainees were able to develop their communication and relational skills (794 hours of training, DIRECCTE declaration). The trainings have been QUALIOPI certified since 2021.

With 33 responses to the satisfaction survey and on 11 criteria, an average score of 4.57 out of 5 was given to the training courses this year, there was a drop-out rate of 1.1% and an average attendance rate of 98.9%.
